The future is bright

Looking to grow their Hong Kong team, Lidl needed a recruitment campaign that targeted bright young minds.

We interviewed people across the Lidl business, gathered feedback from those starting out in their careers, and learned what makes this unique company tick. The result was “Open Minds Open Doors”, a dynamic recruitment campaign for fresh graduates.

Working with our partners at ipulse, we rolled out this carefully-crafted campaign across a suite of collateral including brochures, the Lidl Hong Kong website, leaflets and an inspiring recruitment video.

The final campaign was recognised for its uplifting and engaging message, and we recently won a Bronze Summit Creative Award for our work.
